I have learned from more than one of the teachers of the real estate business (and business in general) that one of the most important things we want to be doing is paying attention to where we can add profit centers to our businesses. Small infusions of cashflow can create huge increases in the overall value for our businesses. Big infusions are really great as well!!
If you are already dealing with customers or clients, then any marketing master will tell you the easiest way to increase revenue in your business is to increase the number of transactions you make with any one client. That is much easier than increasing the number of clients or increasing the income per transaction.
