| I have been working very hard to establish my business as a successful real estate investor. I have set up lots of deals and business shows no signs of slowing down. I’m looking forward to when piles of these deals start closing out – which gets to the point of this email... I imagine most of us have a reason that we want to do this – step out and do what most people aren’t willing to do... If you don’t, then I’d say it is important to find – that is, if you want to be truly successful. But that is something for a whole different email! Or even opportunities for ship inspections when they are in port and familiarization trips at a fraction of the normal cost? - And considering ALL travel expenses as business expenses? When you get yourself on the vacation of the month plan (and if that is something you want – believe me that it doesn’t take that long as a real estate investor), you may as well travel with all the priveledges of an insider. There is a lot more I could say about this, but I won’t. Check it out for yourself!
